Hi, I’m Arza.

I’m an engineer from Medan and the founder of ZII Digital Solution. I write software every day — but what I really do is remove work that people shouldn’t have to do.

Recaps copied from one file to another, reports rebuilt every week, reminders sent one by one over chat: all of it can become a system. I start by listening to how the work actually runs, then build tools that take over the tedious part.

The result isn’t just an app — it’s time handed back to your team, for the work that truly needs people.

In 2023 I founded ZII Digital Solution — a small software studio in Medan. It runs on the same principle I do: the person who listens to your problem is the person who writes the code.
